As a QA Lead, you will :
- Overall US HC and Claims experience (EDI 837, 835), good test automation using Selenium, SQL skills.
- Test Automation experience, In-Sprint automation, N-1 automation.
- Automation using BDD simple BDD script
- MHS ,PEGA SCE(ST Environment) ,ATLAS ,QTODBC WINSCP applications
- Issues frequently encountered between teams working from multiple locations : Onshore-Offshore-Nearshore.
- Jenkins, CI / CD set up QA members not having to depend on developers for CI / CD set up, good if they have knowledge
- and experience to be independent in this area.
- In case someone has AWS migration (On-Prem to Cloud) testing experience, questions on the overall testing strategy etc.
- Different kinds of waits in Selenium based test automation Explicit, Implicit and Fluent.
- In-Sprint automation challenges.
- How to improve In-Sprint automation test coverage.
- Logs validation after completing automation test scripts execution and actions taken if any based what is observed in the
- logs.
- Test Automation framework creation from the scratch or use existing frameworks.
- AWS Skills.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :
Pay Range : USD- 93,000 USD - 109,000 Per Year
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
