Volt is immediately hiring for a Quality Inspector in Long Beach, California.

As a Quality Inspector you will :

• Perform in-process, First Article Inspections (FAI), and final packaging inspections.
• Generate detailed inspection data sheets following cGMP and QMS requirements.
• Document inspections, prepare first article documentation, and compile certification packages.
• Conduct product build documentation reviews and end-item data package reviews.
• Generate nonconformance reports for discrepancies found during inspections.
• Use conventional inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ensure all inspection equipment is calibrated before use.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify defects or non-conformities.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and wear PPE as required.

This is a full-time Temp-to-Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have :

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 1st shift (6 : 00?am – 3 : 00?pm)

Pay Rate : $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
