Recruiter

Job Title: Recruiter (Commercial Staffing)

Volt is a leading staffing agency seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Santa Maria, CA.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and possess a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify client business needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
• Market qualified candidates to new and existing clients
• Assist with job postings and ad generation for new business and recruiting sources
• Coordinate with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to ensure quality delivery to client requisitions
• Screen resumes and conduct in-depth interviews to determine suitability and interest of candidates
• Negotiate labor rates and resolve candidate concerns
• Submit qualified candidates and respond to client concerns
• Facilitate candidate/client interviews and prepare candidates for the interview
• Verify candidate references and extend job offers

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in a client service environment
• 2 years sourcing or recruiting experience required
• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a comparable field preferred

Compensation:

$68,640 - $70,000 base (annual salary) commission
