What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Account Manager position at Volt?
Volt is immediately hiring for a Senior Account Manager (skincare manufacturing) in Moorpark, CA.
As a Sr. Account Manager , you will :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Proactively communicating with customers via phone, email, and in-person visits (with sales).
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Track and expedite all aspects of customer orders, from initiation to shipment.
- Maintain customer materials and production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate order shipments and managing logistics.
- Review and process customer quotes.
- Liaison between customers and production facilities.
- Establish priorities and resolve conflicts related to customer accounts.
- Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Maintain customer artwork documentation.
- Maintain inventory reports.
- Work closely with various departments (Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Accounting, Quality, Production, R&D, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Support the sales team with order entry, follow-ups, and sample coordination.
- Complete required customer reports (status, inventory, etc.).
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have :
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000 / year.
