PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $15.00- $17.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Pick and pack frames, lenses, and other materials for daily orders.
- Ship orders using various delivery services per company standards.
- Stocking & Inventory Management
- Stock frames, lenses, and shipping supplies to support operations.
- Assist in periodic inventory counts and organization of stock.
- Receiving & Processing
- Unpack, stage, and count received orders.
- Clean and assemble frames, lenses, and other supplies as needed.
- Returns & Refurbishing
- Process returns, including opening packages and sorting items.
- Assist with consignment program changes and order preparations.
- Support refurbishing by preparing frames and components for processing.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly.
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
- Clean and well-lit warehouse environment.
- Standard temperature conditions with no excessive noise or dust.
