This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
Compensation: $30-38/Hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
Job Summary: Manage daily warehouse operations (receiving, inventory, fulfillment, production support) across opening and closing shifts. Lead and support a team, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency.
- Previous warehouse supervisory experience. (Food Industry preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience with USDA storage, inventory, receiving, and fulfillment.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a cold environment.
- Shift Management: Oversee all warehouse activities for both shifts.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff, including HR duties.
- Operations Oversight: Handle inventory, fulfillment, receiving, and production support.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to SOP, GMP, HACCP, and USDA standards.
- Coordination: Communicate effectively with various departments and drivers.
- Fulfillment: Manage daily shipment preparation and quality control.
- Cold storage (0-50°F).
- Fast-paced, physically demanding.
- Use of forklifts and pallet jacks.
