Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, experienced Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Duties
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Menu knowledge - learn and dive deep into our menu. Know it inside and out so you can recommend items, educate our guests, and pay tribute to the amazing work our Chef is doing.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining accuracy.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure proper food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
- Adhere to food safety standards and health regulations at all times.
- Utilize Toast POS system for order entry and payment processing efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is a plus.
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a positive dining atmosphere.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $14.37 - $16.42 per hour
