Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Software Systems Manager to manage the integration of various department requirements into enterprise software systems. This role will involve close collaboration with the IT department, particularly in Asia, to ensure alignment with system design and functionality. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in enterprise system design, and the ability to train teams and collect feedback to optimize system performance.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze requirements from various departments, preparing preliminary requirement outlines and designs.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify system needs and outline necessary improvements.
- Communicate and provide feedback on various department requirements to the IT department in Asia.
- Participate in detailed design and internal review process with the IT department to ensure that the solutions meet business needs.
- Work closely with various departments to define and finalize detailed product requirements, ensuring they align with operational and business goals.
- Provide comprehensive training to department teams on newly launched system functions, including SAP, Salesforce, OA, and self-developed systems, ensuring smooth transitions and effective use.
- Regularly gather feedback from departments regarding system usage and performance.
- Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement, ensuring systems are optimized for efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience/Skills Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 years of practical experience in software product design, with a proven track record in project management, OA products, and other B2B product designs.
- Experience managing and implementing enterprise systems, including SAP, Salesforce, and self-developed systems.
- Strong ability to gather, document, and organize business requirements, with attention to detail.
- Excellent logical thinking, business abstraction, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct comprehensive closed-loop analysis.
- Strong communication and organizational coordination skills, capable of integrating business needs into system design and ensuring project goals are met efficiently.
- Ability to work with a global mindset and explore opportunities for product improvements and system enhancements.
- Innovative thinking to propose new features or improvements to enhance system performance and meet business needs.
- Fluent in Mandarin (Required).
- Previous experience participating in SAP projects (preferred)
- Strong experience with business systems integration across multiple departments and regions (preferred.)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP) are a plus.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Occasional traveling up to 25%.
