Job Description:
- Providing routine care to patients.
- Observing patients’ health.
- Assisting doctors and registered nurses.
- Communicating instructions to patients regarding medication, home-based care, and preventative lifestyle changes.
- Checking vital signs.
Requirements:
- 1 yrs of LPN Experience
- Active BLS
- Active LPN PA State License
- Covid Vaccination (Preferred)
