Job Summary
Position : LPN | T-LPN
Location : 1650 Galisteo St, Santa Fe, NM 87505
Contract : 15 weeks
Shift : 6pm - 6:30am
Pay Range : $39/hr - $50/hr
(Pay Varies for local and traveler)
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
- Assist in the assessment of patients' health status and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Provide patient education on health management and medication adherence.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including documentation of care provided and responses to treatment.
- Support patients with daily living activities as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Current LPN license for the state of NM or Compact.
- Active BLS Certificate
