Job Summary
Position : LPN
Location : 500 John Aldridge Dr, Tuscumbia, AL 35674
Shift : 6pm - 6:30am
Contract : 7 weeks
Pay Range : $38/hr - $44/hr
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Help patients with mobility and transportation within the facility.
- Maintain accurate medical records and document patient care activities in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.
- Assist nursing staff in medical procedures as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of patient rooms and common areas.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
- Current CNA License for the state of AL
- Active BLS Certificate
