Job Overview
Position : Travel RN Cath Lab
Location : 175 High St, Newton, NJ 07860
Shift : 7am - 5pm
Contract : 13 weeks
Pay Range : $80/hr - $90/hr
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing catheterization procedures.
- Assist physicians during catheterization procedures, ensuring all equipment is prepared and functioning properly.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition before, during, and after procedures.
- Administer medications and perform venipuncture as needed for patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about catheterization procedures, recovery, and post-procedure care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards within the catheterization lab.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Cath lab experience
- Current RN License for the state of NJ
- Active BLS and ACLS Certificate
