Job Overview
Position : RN ED
Location : Yuma, AZ
Shift : 12 hours nights
Pay Range : $39/hr - $51/hr (To be discussed during an interview)
Sign On Incentive: $5,000 with one year commitment or $10,000 with two year commitment
Expanded Relation Incentive: 3 months provided housing and then $1,000 per month for up to 12 months housing stipend.
RN Emergency Room (Nights) Relocation assistance available, temporary housing available for 3 months **
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting with emergency conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and responses to interventions.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.
- Utilize Cerner for accurate documentation and patient record management.
- Participate in emergency response drills and maintain readiness for various medical emergencies.
- Assist with physical examinations and perform laboratory tests as needed.
- Engage in memory care practices for patients with cognitive impairments.
- Stay updated on ICD-9 coding for accurate billing and documentation purposes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Must have active RN License for the state of AZ or Compact
- Must have Active BLS , ACLS, NIHSS Certificate
