Job Summary
Position : RN L&D
Location : 100 Madison Ave, Morristown, NJ 07960
Shift : 7am - 7pm
Contract : 13 weeks
Pay Range : $70/hr - $75/hr
(Pay Varies for Local and Traveler)
Duties
- Monitor and assess the health status of mothers and newborns throughout the labor process.
- Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
- Administer medications and interventions as prescribed, adhering to aseptic techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate care plans.
- Assist in emergency situations, utilizing knowledge of urgent care protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in continuous education and training to enhance clinical skills, including experience with children, geriatrics, and esthetic laser treatment as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Associates or Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
- Current RN license for the state of NJ or Compact.
- Active BLS and ACLS Certificate
