ServiceNow Enterprise Architect / Process Consultant - Onsite
(Phoenix AZ, Cololardo Springs CO, Tampa, FL, Charlotte NC, Plano TX, San Antonio TX, Chesapeake, VA)
ITSM, Process Mining, Now Assist, IT Portal, , ServiceNow EC Pro and Now Mobile
o Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
o Design and develop comprehensive ServiceNow architectures aligned with business goals and IT strategies.
-Design , develop and implement Service Portal including customer widgets , pages & themes using Service Portal Framework, Angular JS, HTML, CSS , Java Script, and other relevant technologies.
o Define and document technical specifications, including data models, workflows, integrations, and security protocols.
o Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with ServiceNow implementations.
o Oversee the assessments, implementation of ServiceNow solutions
o Ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
o Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using various integration techniques (e.g., REST API, SOAP, scripting).
o Monitor and optimize ServiceNow performance, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
o Implement strategies to improve system responsiveness and scalability.
o Mentor and guide technical teams, providing technical expertise and best practices.
o Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions
ServiceNow Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are highly preferred.
