- Assist with medical imaging processes and spinal taps when required.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation using eClinicalWorks software.
- Provide compassionate care to patients in hospice settings, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to supervising staff.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.
Skills
- Proficiency in catheterization techniques and airway management.
- Strong ability in medical documentation, particularly with eClinicalWorks.
- Experience in conducting physical examinations and performing spinal taps.
