Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including personal hygiene assistance and mobility support.
- Maintain accurate medical records, including documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and medication administration.
- Perform triage duties to prioritize patient needs in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with case management teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Utilize medical terminology accurately when communicating with healthcare staff.

Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Experience in long-term care, toddler care, ER, or ICU settings is preferred.

- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to nursing practices.
