**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an entry level Quick Lane (Express) Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles, playing a pivotal role in the overall customer experience, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for automotive service and are looking to be a part of a future CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM in a fast-paced, structured, and top-performing dealership environment.
**Duties:**
- ALWAYS ACT WITH INTEGRITY.
- Conduct thorough visual vehicle inspections, properly documenting the current condition/state of the customer's vehicle and its various systems
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle's age, mileage, and/or condition - EVERY VEHICLE, EVERY TIME!
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers are satisfied with the work completed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Keep accurate records of all work completed, including repair orders and customer feedback
**Experience:**
- 1 years of experience in automotive service, preferably in a dealership setting, IS PREFERRED, however we are open to candidates of any/all experience levels.
- General understanding of powertrain and gas engine repair [diesel engine repair A PLUS!]
- Familiarity with schematics and the ability to use them to troubleshoot issues.
- Experience with GM vehicles and their specific systems RECOMMENDED.
- Proven customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with customers.
- A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in the field.
**Skills:**
- Experience working in a dealership environment.
- General knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Ability to maintain and repair vehicles.
- Experience with gas and/or diesel engine repair.
- Experience with GM vehicles and their specific systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
