Volumod is a fully integrated business model designed to manufacture modular solutions for our investors who provide the opportunity to control each project and all manufactured product from land to lockup. The factory is forecasted to manufacture up to 1,000,000 sq / ft over the first four years.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Prepare new or update existing design drawings for various projects using software such as AutoCAD per the Production Manager, Construction Manager, or Client direction.
- Facilitate and coordinate the design requirements with the construction and production managers to update drawings as required.
- Maintain project drawings as needed, with requisite updates and annotations across all the phases of the projects.
- Responsible for all managing and revising all project drawing deliverables
- Maintain and improve the company CAD design.
- Train on and apply various structural design standards as they pertain to the projects at hand.
- Continue to learn industry standards for CAD Designs and apply them to design drawings.
- Coordinate with project teams to achieve the committed deliverables and timelines.
- Develop and deliver designs in line with RCG standards : creative, clear, accurate, understandable and legible.
- Maintain the administrative aspects of data storage and file structure.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for easy reference
- Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and project specifications
