About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Brand Ambassador to help strengthen our company culture, boost employee morale, and enhance engagement across our production teams. This individual will serve as a bridge between employees and leadership, ensuring that our core values and mission are reflected in the daily work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a positive representative of the company, reinforcing a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence.
- Engage with employees on the production floor to understand workflow, gather feedback, address concerns, and share company updates.
- Organize and support employee appreciation and team-building.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement initiatives that enhance workplace morale.
- Encourage open communication and serve as a resource for employees who have questions or need guidance.
- Prepare paperwork and documents needed for the plant floor operation.
- Document procedural processes and work cross-functionally with product owners.
- Promote and embody company values to inspire a strong sense of belonging among employees.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
