Main Purpose of the Job
1. EDI analysis and implementation
2. Hardware data management
3. IT Backup
Key Task
1. Assist with all NetSuite/VPG program issues to include new set up.
2. EDI analysis and implementation
3. Loading Hardware data management
Key Objectives
1. Monitor and maintain EDI functionality
2. Ensure all critical data is loaded timely in Hardware systems
3. Track and format monthly data received from distributors
4. Ensure all VPG systems and computers are functional
5. Help with data processing on yearly patronage refund
Requirements
1. 1 years of experience in EDI analysis and implementation
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Strong Excel skills in data formatting and normalization.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
6. NetSuite experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
