RN Home Health Care Clinical Supervisor - Selmer, TN
- This position offers you the opportunity to combine your nursing skills and your managerial skills!
Duties include:
- Planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating patient care activities
- Managing the home care team members
- Ensuring high-quality care is provided to all home care patients
- Monitoring risk management activities
- Participating in community relations for the agency
- Serve as a proxy for the Branch Manager when necessary
Requirements
This job requires a person who is comfortable leading the branch’s home care team, both through direction and by example. Other requirements include:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- At least 3 years of experience in general nursing
- One year of home health nursing experience
- Current Tennessee registered nurse license
- Knowledge of Medicare home health guidelines
- Willingness to work in home environments of patients who may have values or standards different from your own
- Ability to turn, lift, carry, and otherwise transport patient
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Respecting the patient’s privacy and maintaining confidentiality
- Current Tennessee driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
- CPR Certification
