What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Office Assistant position at Volunteer Rid A Pest LLC?
Fast- growing, local termite and pest control company needs a key employee to answer our incoming calls and be the voice of our company.
- Greet and assist callers in a professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Answer questions from our potential customers and also ask questions to determine how we can best help solve their issue, by selling them the correct service.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office organization.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for document preparation and communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff.
- Work well with office staff to accomplish all duties in a timely manner.
- Strong organizational and clerical skills
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Ability to manage calendars and perform data entry
- Bilingual candidates are preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
