What You’ll Do
- Manage confidential administrative tasks, intake coordination, and IMPACT dispatch support
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and materials for executive meetings, board activities, and CEO-hosted events
- Handle internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain office organization, supplies, break room inventory, and reception area operations
- Provide scheduling, travel, and clerical support to senior leadership
- Assist with policy updates, donor mailings, and development communications
- Greet and assist visitors, coordinate office tours, and support event setup
- Support telephone coverage and general office functions across multiple locations
- Associate’s degree or two years of executive-level administrative experience
- Strong typing skills (70 WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential information
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience in human services or bilingual ability is a plus
