Requirements
Required Education and/or Experience:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of supervisory experience
Certificates and/or Licenses:
- Have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License and ability to maintain Auto Liability Insurance
- Successfully pass a Comprehensive Criminal History Background Check and Driving Record Review
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
- Experience with REAC inspections
- 3 years of maintenance experience
- Experience with HQS inspections
