Position: Family Monitor (Various Shifts)
The Family Monitor provides support services at designated locations at the family residence. Provides family assistance, such as escorts, incident reporting, and crisis intervention.

Location: Brooklyn, NY 11207
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. One year relevant experience working in a similar capacity in a social services setting Must possess good interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge.
Certifications:
Must possess an active Security license and Fire Guard Certification (F-02)
Certifications in CPR/First Aid and Fire Safety (F-80) also required in accordance with regulatory mandates within 90 days of hire date. The agency will cover the cost.
Family Monitor Principal Responsibilities:
Maintain the safety and security of all families in the facility including enforcement of facility rules and regulations.
Maintain appropriate helping relationships with families and respond to their needs and concerns.
Provide functions, including new family registration, reception of visitors, security rounds, and other designated functions.
Participate in scheduled team meetings and case reviews on assigned client families.
