Position: IT Procurement Analyst (Hybrid Remote)
This administrative and technical position will play a key role in managing the procurement process for IT products and services, ensuring that the organization's technology needs are met efficiently, cost effectively, and in line with business objectives. The IT Procurement Analyst will leverage data analysis to provide actionable insights to management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate
with vendors and suppliers. The work will optimize the total cost of ownership and contribute to the strategic goals of the organization by ensuring timely delivery and quality of IT solutions

Minimum Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in IT procurement or a similar procurement-related role, preferably in a large or complex organization.
Proven experience working within DocuSign, creating and managing envelope templates and workflows.
Candidate must have Microsoft Business Central experience utilizing the procurement and accounts payable modules.
Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills. Team player. Detail oriented and strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work on multiple, concurrent tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
IT Procurement Analyst Principal Responsibilities:
Procurement Management. Collaborate with internal IT stakeholders to identify technology requirements and ensure timely procurement of IT products and services.
Vendor Selection & Relationship Management. Source, evaluate, and select vendors that align with organizational requirements, managing relationships with both new and existing suppliers., maintains, and operates information system security controls and countermeasures; documents the operation, use, and expected outputs of these systems.
Cost Optimization & Budget Management. Manage procurement budgets, track spending, and recommend cost-saving initiatives. Analyze total cost of ownership (TCO) for IT assets.
Strategic Sourcing & Process Improvement. Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies that enhance the value derived from IT suppliers. Continuously assess and improve procurement processes.
Vendor Performance Management. Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure vendors meet agreed-upon service levels, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams. Work closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and other business units to align procurement decisions with organizational goals.
Procurement Documentation & Reporting. Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor communications. Generate regular reports on procurement activities for senior management.
Lifecycle Management. Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including evaluating upgrade, replacement, and end-of-life decisions for IT products and services.
