- Experience
10 years in senior leadership, preferably in human services, healthcare or affordable housing. Non-profit experience with budget management is highly valued.
A passionate, strategic leader with strong management skills, financial acumen, and a proven ability to inspire and build relationships.
A demonstrated commitment to social justice, diversity, equity and inclusion.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Willingness to become a minister within 3 years of joining the organization.
Proven track record in fundraising, team-building and developing partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
