About the job:
Performs a variety of operational support and/or clerical duties for a specified unit/department. Operate a personal computer to update and maintain databases; draft, edit, revise, print and send letters, notices, reports and other materials; filing paperwork.

Essentials:
- Ensure accuracy and privacy of all data entry and other materials created.
- Resolve routine administrative problems and answers inquiries concerning activities and operations of the department in a courteous and timely manner.
- Serve as liaison with other departments on administrative and operational matters.
- Prepare photocopies, faxes, scans and other materials for distribution and operates a variety of office equipment.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and conferences, schedule interviews and appointments.
- Assist with special projects as directed by program management. Attend all staff meetings.
- May need to perform some basic bookkeeping and/or financial functions.
- May be required to provide backup services for program participants.
- Assure privacy of program participants is being maintained by being knowledgeable and following HIPPA privacy and security regulations.
- Must be able to work scheduled hours and have consistent attendance. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, some college courses preferred but not required.
- Previous office experience with computer and heavy phone traffic preferred.
- Computer skills, MS 365, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and Zoom, Outlook, experience in OneSite / Real Page a plus.
- Reading, writing, some business writing, comprehension of materials, multi-line phones/busy phones, empathy, compassion, and kindness when working with a variety of races, cultures, and backgrounds.
