Schedule: M-F, 9a-5p, Occasional weekends
Salary: $29.00-$33.00 per hour

About the Admissions Coordinator Job:
- Ability to process and complete admissions
- Provide pre-admissions counseling, information and tours
- Review EPIC for proper documentation and orders
- Facilitate PAS Screening and Level II as needed
- Ability to assists Social Services team with various tasks
- Ability to participate in Vulnerable Adult investigations and complete necessary documents/reports
Required Qualifications:

Strong focus on organization
- RN or LPN licensure in the current state

Comfortable working in a fast pace environment

Excellent customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
- General knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, VA
- Skilled nursing experience
