- The Community Specialist is responsible for participant recruitment, pre-screening, coordination of community services linkages and discharge planning.
- Bachelor’s Degree in human services and 1 year experience preferred or High School and 4 years experience working with adult high risk population.
- Must have good communication and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively independently without close supervision.
- Computer proficiency required.
Hourly payrate $17.29
