- The Part-time Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintenance of assigned property.
- High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in building maintenance.
- Knowledge of general maintenance required.
- Prefer HVAC, electrical and plumbing credential and experience.

Hourly rate of pay $16.42
