The Early Childhood Classroom Assistant has the unique opportunity to work in a classroom environment with mothers and their children aged 0-5 while in residential treatment. Job role functions include providing services through play and experiential learning with a focus on developmental milestones, parental bonding and attachment, skills and education. Training and curriculum provided with support and coaching to achieve additional qualifications including a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. $16.50 - No experience, High School Diploma or equivalent
$17.00 - 1 year experience or CDA
$17.50 - 2 years experience
$18.00 - 3 years experience or Associates in related field

Applicants must have a high school diploma; Bachelor’s in the Social Services field is preferred. Education or experience working in human services preferred. Good record-keeping, math, computer and leadership skills are essential. First Aid & CPR certification is required and must be maintained. VOAOHIN will provide certification if not already obtained
