Liberty Landing is a Housing First residential program serving veterans experiencing homelessness with a focus on the obtainment of permanent housing. The Program Director leads a team of case managers and support staff to provide services that address homelessness through skill building and community linkages using client centered and trauma informed approaches. Job responsibilities are diverse and include oversight of facility operations and leading clinical initiatives. Activities of the Program Director include ensuring the program is meeting identified outcomes, fiscal administration, staff hiring and training, developing and implementing veteran programs, and serving as community liaison.
The Program Director is required to meet deadlines regarding documentation, reporting, and other activities contributing to the effectiveness of facility operations and clinical services. Compliance with Volunteers of America, Veterans Administration and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) standards is required.

The Program Director must have a Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited university and have at minimum an unencumbered Indiana Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credential, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred. Evening hours and on-call responsibilities are required. First Aid & CPR certification is required and must be maintained. VOAOHIN will provide certification if not already obtained
