The Structured Activities Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of structured activities. Responsible for the supervision and completion of various in-house and outside community service projects and reporting. Responsible for entering and reporting on structured activity hours in the client database. Responsible for reinforcing and supporting the Behavioral Management System (BMS) through tangible rewards for and recognition of residents.

Applicants must have an associate’s degree in the area of human/social services or behavioral sciences. Applicants must possess an intermediate skill level regarding software and computer applications. Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience working in the nonprofit sector is strongly preferred. A valid OH driver's license is required.
