Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $16,502 per year stipend (required # of hours: 1,700/year)

Day-To-Day
- Participates in marketing and recruitment for workforce services at the Financial Opportunity Center and/or healthcare access.
- Actively promotes VOA Texas Houston programs to create awareness and demonstrate the potential they have on career and life advancement
- Provides resources and ongoing referrals for workforce development client readiness and retention.
- Organizes and prepares materials for weekly orientations, workshops, job readiness and soft skills trainings, financial literacy, job placement, job retention services, and community events.
- Fluent in local community resources and programs and provides constant referral to programs that foster continued health and wellness of the participant.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience working with nonprofit and/or financial institution
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and ability to be insured.
