Day-to-Day
- Supports the enhancement or maintenance of childcare spaces in centers and/or family childcare homes.
- Assist with program documentation, including application processing, file management, and record-keeping.
- Maintain and update databases with accurate provider and project information
- Track program outcomes and impact including maintenance of databases
- Compile and organize program data for internal and external tracking and reporting.
- Assist with application reviews to document process and procedures compliance and record necessary data and information to be used for reporting efforts
- Generate basic reports and summaries to support decision-making.
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, meeting agendas, billing invoices, and/or related correspondence as needed.
- Respond to childcare provider inquiries regarding program guidelines, deadlines, application processes, etc.
- Schedule and coordinate training, webinars, meetings, and site visits.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
At least 2 years’ experience in administrative support or program planning and operations.
- Valid Texas Drivers’ License, clear MVR and ability to be insured
