About the Role

The Secondary Mathematics Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our students in mathematics. This position involves working closely with teachers to provide support and guidance in mathematics instruction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement professional development programs for teachers.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers in mathematics instruction.
  • Collaborate with curriculum specialists to design and implement mathematics curricula.
  • Conduct observations and provide feedback to teachers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
  • Experience in teaching mathematics in a secondary setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and administrators.
