The successful New and Used Car product specialists will:* Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers* Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models* Follow up on all product leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.)
Requirements: Superior communication and customer service skills,Excellent follow-through and skills,Understanding of manufacturer's specifications,Familiarity with automotive financing, Positive, and have a positive can-do attitude.
