We are looking for a friendly and customer focused individual to join our parts team!
Volvo Cars of Naples is actively seeking a Parts Advisor with a background and experience in Automotive Dealerships or Auto Retail Stores and can work in a fast-paced parts environment.
This position is responsible for assisting customers at the Service and Parts counter, service advisors, technicians with retail/wholesale parts, and ordering/ maintaining supplies for technicians, and other related requirements assigned by management for the position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Friendly and courteous service to our retail & wholesale customers
- Answering phone calls from vendors and customers and relaying parts information to customers and vendors
- Ordering and determining parts and equipment for technicians and service advisors accurately
- Be able to receive delivery of parts
- Recording and Stocking inventory
- Deliver Parts and supplies to vendors
- Be able to assist the Parts Counter if needed and additional backup for Saturdays
- Great Communication skills
- Self-motivated with good team relationship skills
- Be 100% determined to obtain the right part number the first time.
- Work directly with the service advisers and be proactive to ensure that all needed parts are available.
- Clean and professional appearance.
- MUST HAVE a clean driving record.

- 5- 6 Days a Week, Weekend Availability Needed
