We are looking for you who have an interest to work in a role supporting our business transformation within our Network Development business. A lot can happen in 24 months Are you up for a challenge? This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join a 24-month career-boosting program designed around your potential as a future leader in a global organization. As a Global Graduate, you will begin the program in the department which you are recruited to and continue working within different areas of Volvo Cars during the program.
The program includes senior mentorship, developed business understanding, personal-development trainings, go out and see activities as well as common graduate projects together with the other graduates.

In order to be considered for this program, you need to have completed your Master’s degree in any area of study prior to the start of the program in August 2025. You are also very welcome to apply in case you have already graduated, as long as you don’t have more than one year full-time working experience by the start of the program. Lastly, you need to be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
What You'll Bring
The Network Development team is looking for a new team member to provide hands on support to our organization to help drive initiatives that result in improved performance for our retail network and Volvo operations. A strong retail network grows sales volumes, delivers the best customer experience, attains sustainability results, and achieves healthy profits. The new team member will play a role in coordinating a variety of activities to elevate the brand and supporting teams who are managing the retail network priorities. Coordination includes facilitating actions with corporate and regional staff, and coordinating projects. The role requires you to be comfortable working with subject matter experts, conducting independent research, interpreting input, summarizing key findings, and balancing data and instinct.

- Delve into industry insights and our dealer network looking at performance, volumes, and other data
- Drive efficient network operation processes and coordinate activities to influence the best retailer behavior
- Project focus areas include retailer performance management, retailer financials, and strategic growth plans
- Research and analyze project focus areas
- Assist in collaborating and coordinating activities associated with retailer financials and driving engagement with best-in-class retailer composite reports/performance tools
- Review financial data and manage the reporting of key metrics and trends
- Draft communications for process and performance improvements
- Work alongside Director, corporate colleagues, region teams, and vendors with efficiency in fast-paced environment to ensure timely execution of communications, reporting, and actions
