This is a great opportunity to join a career boosting 9-week program designed around your potential. You will have the opportunity to support different tasks and projects which include weekly learning sessions on various areas in the organization, individual career development supported by your manager and other department team members, out-of-the-office activities as well as fun-competitive events supported by the People Experience team.
Who is People Experience? It’s Human Resources rebranded! People are making the difference and are vital to our success; Experience is making everyday life easier for our employees. The goal is to create a higher engagement, while making sure that the everyday lives and future work environments meet our employees’ expectations. Traditionally, the Human Resources department has been a one-size-fits-all suit, but with a new company purpose and updated people strategy the name change is part of the department's ongoing transformation.
The People Experience (PX) Intern will be a key member of the VCUSA HR team based in Mahwah, NJ. You will have the opportunity to apply your education in a professional setting, while gaining valuable experience and skills in a fast-paced organization. You will support professional, confidential, and high level administrative duties in a variety of functional areas, as well as own a project and present findings at the conclusion of the internship. You will have the opportunity to support the onboarding process, create and send internal communications as well as assist the Recruitment team on operational tasks, projects, and other events or processes as needed.

In order to be considered for this program, you need to be currently enrolled in a related Undergraduate degree program as a rising, Junior, Senior or anticipate graduating within the calendar year. Program is set to begin early June 2025.
