We offer excellent opportunities for those interested in working in partnership with a team of professionals committed to providing exceptional client service. Primary responsibilities include; handling dictation, formatting, proofreading, balancing check registers, electronic file maintenance, client intake process, maintaining attorneys’ calendars, providing administrative support to timekeepers along with a variety of other administrative duties. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We seek a team oriented, dedicated professional with superior client service skills and a positive attitude. The successful candidate will be able to consistently follow precise direction and have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Demonstrated proficiency utilizing MS Word is required and knowledge in Excel is preferred. Qualified candidates will have three or more years’ experience and prior experience with Trusts & Estates, Litigation, Labor & Employment or Corporate Law is preferred.
