As an HR Assistant - Receptionist, you play an important role in supporting various corporate reception desk and Human Resources functions. The reception desk is the communication hub of the corporate offices. You will use your superior organizational skills and attention to detail to impact corporate staff and visitors.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Answer corporate mainline phone promptly and professionally; transfer calls and take messages
- Greet corporate visitors and manage visitor logs
- Maintain company vehicle sign out and resources
- Provide administrative support to HR, Loss Prevention and other departments
- Complete various clerical tasks; data entry, filing, photocopying, stamping invoices
- Sort and distribute incoming mail; scan and meter outgoing mail
- Coordinate shipments with delivery services, as needed
