What You’ll Do
- Own the customer experience – greet callers sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
- Process account applications and review credit files
- Review new and existing account limits and make credit decisions
- Provide support to customers and store employees, take payments over the phone
- Investigate account issues and find solutions to customer problems
- Enter data in credit systems and maintain account records
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts, on-site in Davenport, IA
