What are the responsibilities and job description for the REPLENISHMENT ASSISTANT position at Von Maur?
As an Administrative Assistant - Replenishment, you support the company buying process and execute all administrative tasks related to basic stock. You use your superior organizational skills and attention to detail to impact the buying team and the stores.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Communicate frequently with buyers, merchandising personnel, store personnel and vendors
- Pull and format replenishment report information for buyers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Check the setup of basic stock items by reviewing forecasts and history
- Research and suggest basic stock items to be peaked
- Identify inconsistencies and research any issues or areas of concern and makes suggestions for changes
