What are the responsibilities and job description for the STOCK & HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT MANAGER position at Von Maur?
As a Stock & Housekeeping Department Manager , you lead a team to ensure the support needs of the store are met throughout the day and new stock is distributed efficiently. You'll have the opportunity to create a welcoming, clean environment and achieve the operational goals for the store.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Motivate associates to perform duties efficiently - train, coach and lead by example
- Execute all duties of a stock & housekeeping associate and ensure department duties are completed accurately and timely
- Assess associate performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of service and store appearance
- Ensure all equipment works properly and supplies are available to complete daily tasks
- Manage task lists and prioritize requests
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts

The expected base wage for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates' wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
