Our Minneapolis based team is seeking a goal-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a B2B Customer Representative. In this entry level role, the B2B Customer Representative will specialize in in-person outreach, sales and customer enrollment. You will represent AT&T and engage with potential and current customers face-to-face to provide information, promote new products and services, and drive customer satisfaction.
B2B Customer Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Interact directly with customers in person, providing a personalized and engaging sales experience.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of AT&T products, services, promotions, and policies to effectively inform and educate customers.
- Actively promote AT&T’s products and services, including wireless plans, internet packages, and mobile devices, by demonstrating their features and benefits.
- Address customer concerns or issues by providing solutions, troubleshooting problems, and escalating matters when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate leads by identifying prospective customers and encouraging them to explore AT&T’s offerings, including promotions and bundled services.
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and legal regulations, and accurately document outreach efforts and sales activity.
- Work closely with fellow B2B Customer Representative team members and managers to share customer insights, improve outreach efforts, and drive company goals.
B2B Customer Representative Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred.
- Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and effective manner.
- A passion for sales and meeting/exceeding targets, with a focus on delivering value to customers.
- Strong critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues and provide tailored solutions.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor events or fast-paced retail settings.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teammates to achieve business goals.
- Basic understanding of AT&T’s technology products and services.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for community outreach events.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,500.00 per week
