Key responsibilities as a B2B Sales Manager Trainee include : Develop and implement a clear B2B sales strategy focused on driving growth and expanding market share in various industries. This includes finding new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with current clients, often through face to face meetings. Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, assisting an environment of collaboration, continuous learning, and performance excellence. You will provide guidance, conduct performance reviews, and implement training programs to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and skills to succeed. Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Manage and simplify the B2B sales process, from finding new leads to closing deals, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Work closely with fellow B2B Sales Managers to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Report on sales performance to senior leadership. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies, meet sales targets, and ensure long term success. Key Qualifications as a B2B Sales Manager Trainee include : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in B2B sales, face to face, with demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Reliable transportation is required for face to face meetings and client visits. Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate high volume contracts. Strong ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and client feedback to make informed decisions that drive business growth.
