Counter- 1st Shift

This person is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, adhering to company policies, and assisting to provide a safe working environment.  This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

• Extensive training that may take several months in order to know the workflow of entire plant.
• Receive list of parts numbers each month for inventory counts.
• Uses MFG Pro to print inventory locations and find all other part numbers associated with each number.
• Finds routing for each part number and follows this path to complete an accurate inventory count.
• Counts are turned in for review, and all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Logistics requirements including inventory accuracy.
• Software used is MFG PRO and training will be provided.
• Maintain and clean work area
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Complete other duties as assigned
